Basic Warranty Information
As of now, we do not offer Manufacturer's Warranty. We provide you with an in-house 2 year warranty on most watches. We cannot provide you with an authorized warranty in most cases, because we are not an authorized dealer. The reason we are not authorized dealer is because we do not follow the pricing guideline by keeping our prices low.
Our warranty includes repairs for any mechanical failure/defect of the watch, including a broken movement, or battery replacement. We sadly do not cover any cosmetic damage to your watch from use or any wear and tear. If you break the watch movement by dropping it, or some other accident, we cannot help you, as that declassifies the watch.

Why our warranty will benefit you?
If you have ever filed a warranty claim with a watch manufactured, you probably know that it is a very difficult and long process. It can take at least three weeks and up to a month and a half to resolve a situation. Under most conditions, they will not replace your watch, so do not count on that. Instead, they will ask you to ship the watch to their headquarters, where they will first examine the watch. The shipping will typically be at your expense. Afterwards they will send the watch to watch repairman with the parts and request a repair. This usually takes some time, as the company does not pressure the repairman to be punctual. On a rare occasion, the company sends the watch back to the factory, which could take even more time.
We will on the other hand take you watch, charging you only for shipping. Once we receive the watch, we will take it to a repair shop personally, and fix the watch with authorized parts. What if you damage or break the watch, or your watch is out of warranty?
We know things happen. Sometimes you drop a watch in the sink with the crown unscrewed. The movment breaks. The glass crystal cracks. Your band snaps.
We completely understand, and we are here to help you. If you damage your watch in some way, we can offer you a hand to repair your watch. Start by sending us an email with details of the damage. We will assess the damage, and inform you if we can repair the watch, along with the cost of repair.After we agree on terms, send us your watch, and we will personally make sure its up and running again. We will source the parts, take it to the repairshop, and send the watch back to you. We will only charge you for the shipping, parts, and labor, at no profit to ourselves. Since we regularly deal with these circumstances, we can save you the hassle of finding a reliable repair shop, arguing for a price, and making sure the parts are authentic.

Within the USA, we ship free using USPS Priority Mail (2 Day Shipping) on nearly all of our products. USPS is our default shipping service.Once we receive your order confirmation and payment, we will begin processing your order. NOTES ON SHIPPING
If you are shipping your purchase to an APO, FPO, or a PO Box, then USPS Priority Mail is the only service that will deliver to those addresses. UPS does not deliver to APO, FPO, and PO Boxes.The shipment time frames only apply to business days, not weekends and holidays.Weekends deliveries only apply to Next Day Saturday Air for UPS.USPS Priority Mail Delivers on SATURDAY.
If you do not receive your order, or your order is damaged, UPS and USPS must investigate the matter. In order to investigate the issue, please contact us within 10 business days. If the package is not located, or UPS/USPS damaged the box, then a claim will be issued. Within two weeks of processing the claim, the shipping carrier refunds Pass the Watch, and the replacement(s) will be shipped out. If the item is no longer available, and a different item is not wanted, Pass the Watch will gladly refund you the money.
If you receive a different item, or a damaged/defective item, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We can then correct the situation, by offering, a replacement or a refund. Please make sure to contact us no more then 5 days after receiving the shipment. After 5 days we may not honor your claim. You can contact us here.
If the outer packaging, such as the gift box, is damaged, we may be able to offer a replacement. Please contact us here for a response.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to process the return. Please note that shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise noted.
If you refuse the shipment at delivery, the item will be returned to us and you will not be charged for shipping.
To process your return, please contact us with your order number. Once shipping will be confirmed, we will wait for the receipt of the item in order to complete the return.
In order to accept the return, we receive the item with no signs of wear. Additionally, the original packaging must be intact, along with any protective encasing. Any tags, booklets, or gift boxes must be included in the return. If we receive a return that has any missing parts, we may either refuse the return or charge a restocking fee. If we receive a damaged or used goods, we will refuse the return.
If you receive an item with signs of use, wear, or missing parts,please contact Pass the Watch within 5 days so corrections will be made.
If you would to exchange your watch, the same procedure will apply.

We will confirm with you over email the condition of the product. Afterwards, shipping instructions will be provided.
We ask that you pack the product exactly as your received it. Do not place stickers or shipping labels directly on the product’s gift box or packaging. If you can, please send it in the same way you received, placing a new shipping sticker over the old one.
In order to guarantee our receipt, please ship with tracking and insurance.
After receipt of the return, we will examine the item to make sure it is in the same condition with all the included materials. If the return is satisfactory, we will process the refund, while deducting shipping cost(unless otherwise noted).
